R&S Transport provides STS, or door-through-door transportation services, where we assist clients with special transportation needs for medical appointments, hospital/clinic discharges, daily travel, and group outings.

Our company has been built on a reputation of safe, reliable, and caring service – “A Helping Hand in Every Van.” Our drivers, the key to our success, are specially trained to serve the diverse needs of our clients and meet the stringent requirements of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Our entire fleet of vehicles is certified by the Minnesota Department of Transportation and is maintained by our on-site, experienced maintenance staff.  We utilize ambulatory (7 passenger), wheelchair, and stretcher vans.

R&S Transport is capable of handling most special needs transportation.
Our specialized equipment includes:

• Wheelchairs, if needed (no extra charge)
• 5-point child car seats (no extra charge)
• Child booster seats (no extra charge)
• Bariatric stretchers and stretcher vans
• Bariatric wheelchair vans with powerlifts
• First aid equipment

We are an approved Medical Assistance (MA) and
Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) STS provider.
We also offer affordable rates for groups and private clients.
